The Assistant Director, Advancement Solutions at Post-Captain works with our Advancement clients to support successful completion of Slate projects in the short term and lasting success for Slate instances in the long term. This position works directly with clients to create and execute project plans, provide end-user training and best practice advice and consultation, and troubleshoot and remediate existing configuration issues.
The Assistant Director, Enrollment Solutions at Post-Captain works with our Admission and Student Success clients to support successful completion of Slate projects in the short term and lasting success for Slate instances in the long term. This position works directly with clients to create and execute project plans, provide end-user training and best practice advice and consultation, and troubleshoot and remediate existing configuration issues.
